AGREEMENT
This agreement is to design and develop a website, in the estimated time of 3 weeks. WEB55 acknowledges that the price that will be given is based on an assessment of the information provided by the client on the date of the contract and if client will require the assistance of WEB55 with their content writing and other services. Client should note that additional work not documented in the attached Statement of Work will impact the price. Client, however, can review and approve these changes prior to WEB55 moving forward.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:
WEB55 agrees to perform the following services for the Client:
- Website design
- Website Development
- Logo creation or recreation
- Content writing (if you do not have your own content)
- A year free hosting
WHAT DO BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO DO?
- The client agrees to provide us with everything necessary to complete the project, including logo, content, images, social media links, hosting credentials, and other information to avoid delay.
- The client will be sent the link to the website after each page for approval, going back to any page after client’s approval will impact the project price.
- The client agrees to respect deadlines and make payment in the stated time or there will be additional late payment charges.
- The client’s website will be password protected after migration until full payment is made, however the client will get a login to the website.
- WEB55 will not be held responsible for a missed website launch date if the client does not provide all the information needed.
- WEB55 will only commence work after the contract has been signed, all information is gathered, and a non-refundable initial deposit of the project fee is paid.
- WEB55 will host the client’s website for a whole year for free, this is complimentary.
